iZotope Nectar 4 Advanced

iZotope Nectar 4 Advanced is the current top edition of iZotope’s vocal mixing suite: one vocal channel-strip plug-in plus 13 component plug-ins, with the AI-assisted Vocal Assistant, the Voices harmony module, Backer for background vocals, Auto-Level and Breath Control. It is for singers, producers and engineers who mix vocals in a DAW or video editor. Nectar 4 runs on Windows 10 or 11 and on macOS 14 Sonoma or later, on Intel and Apple silicon Macs.

What is iZotope Nectar 4?

Nectar 4 is the latest version of iZotope Nectar, released in 2023 and now at version 4.2.0. iZotope offers it in Elements, Standard and Advanced; Advanced is the most complete.

• Voices (new): auto-harmony with 11 styles and up to 8 voices, a MIDI mode and custom style editing

Nectar 4 Standard vs Advanced

Standard has the full Backer and Voices modules, De-esser, Vocal Unmask, the EQ and compressor modules, Gate, Pitch with Melodyne 5 Essential, Dimension, Delay, Saturation, Reverb and Relay. Advanced adds Auto-Level and every module as its own plug-in, including Breath Control. Elements has Vocal Assistant, Voices and Backer personas.
