All products on VSTmarketplace are digital. Nothing is shipped, there are no delivery charges, and you can start using your purchase as soon as your payment is confirmed.
How you receive your order
- Place your order at checkout. You see an order confirmation page and receive an order email at the address you entered.
- We email you a secure payment link for the order total. You pay on the payment provider’s own secure page.
- As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email you, and your files are available from the Downloads section of your account and from the links in that email.
How long it takes
We send the payment link by email shortly after you order, and your downloads are released as soon as the payment is confirmed. Occasionally a payment is held for a security review by the payment provider; in that case your downloads become available as soon as it is approved, and we email you if we need anything from you.
Download links
- For security, download links are personal to your order and can expire. If a link in an email no longer works, log in to your account to get a fresh one.
- Files are delivered through a secure content delivery network for fast downloads worldwide.
- Large products, such as Kontakt libraries and sample packs, can be several gigabytes. A stable connection and a download manager that supports resuming are recommended.
- Please keep a backup copy of the files you download.
Before you buy
Check the formats, supported DAWs, operating system and system requirements on the product page. Kontakt libraries also show whether they need the full version of Kontakt or work in the free Kontakt Player.
Did not receive your order?
- Check your spam or junk folder for the order email and the payment link.
- Log in to your account and open Downloads.
- Still missing? Contact us with your order number and we will sort it out.
