These terms apply when you use VSTmarketplace (vstmarketplace.net) and when you buy from us. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
VSTmarketplace is the name this store trades under. VSTmarketplace is an online store selling digital music production products: VST plugins, DAWs (digital audio workstations), Kontakt libraries, synth presets and sample packs. You can reach us at any time through our contact page.
2. Digital products only
Everything we sell is delivered digitally. We do not ship physical goods. After payment, your products are made available through your order confirmation email and the Downloads section of your account. See our Delivery Policy for details.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate details when you create an account or place an order, including your country.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
4. Product information and compatibility
Each product page lists the formats, supported DAWs, operating systems and system requirements we have for that product. Please check them before you buy. Product names, images and descriptions are provided to help you choose; product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their use on this site does not mean we are affiliated with or endorsed by them.
If you are unsure whether a product will work on your system, ask us before you buy.
5. Prices
- Prices are shown on each product page and in your cart. Where a sale price is shown, the original price is displayed alongside it.
- The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay. We do not add tax or any other charges on top of it.
- We check prices carefully, but mistakes can happen. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before processing the order and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Wallet credit
Your wallet holds store credit that comes off the total of your next order. It is kept with your email address and you can see it in your account under Wallet.
- Welcome credit: new customers who add their email address receive £5 once. It can be used on one order of £50 or more and is valid for 30 days. It is given once per email address and once per phone number.
- Cashback: when an order is completed, 5% of the amount you paid is added to your wallet. Cashback is valid for 90 days.
- Using credit: it is applied automatically at checkout when you use the email address the credit belongs to, and the order shows the amount used. Credit that is not used before its date expires.
- Cancellations and refunds: if an order that used credit is cancelled or refunded, the credit is returned to your wallet, valid for 30 days. Cashback earned on a refunded order is removed.
- Wallet credit has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another person or combined with other offers unless we say so. We may correct credit given by mistake and may withdraw credit obtained by misuse, for example with several email addresses.
7. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if payment fails, if the order fails a fraud check or if a product is no longer available. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
8. Payment
We accept payment through major payment providers. After you place your order, we email you a secure payment link for the order total, and you pay on the payment provider’s own secure page. Your card and bank details are entered with the provider and never reach us: we do not see or store them.
Your order is complete, and your downloads are released, once the payment has been confirmed. Your bank or the payment provider may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion; those are outside our control.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Your rights to cancel and to a refund are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Using your purchases and our website
- Download links and account access are for your own use. Do not share your account, your download links or downloaded files with others, and do not resell or redistribute them.
- Do not misuse this website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, overload or disrupt the site, or collect data from it by automated means.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
11. Our content
The text, design, layout and original images on this website belong to VSTmarketplace or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.
12. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by a system that does not meet the published requirements of a product.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
14. Applicable law
If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
