This disclaimer explains how VSTmarketplace (vstmarketplace.net) relates to the companies whose products we list, and what you can expect from the information on our pages. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.
An independent store
VSTmarketplace is an independent online store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the developers, publishers or makers of the products we list, unless a product page clearly says so. A product being listed in our store does not mean its developer has reviewed or approved VSTmarketplace.
Trademarks and product names
All product names, company names, logos and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products we sell and to describe what they are and what they work with, for example “works with Ableton Live”. This use does not suggest any partnership with, or endorsement by, the trademark owner.
Product screenshots, artwork, sounds and descriptions provided by developers remain the property of their owners.
Developers’ websites
For a product’s latest updates, news and manuals, the developer’s own website is the best source. Official websites of the developers whose products you will find in our store:

- Antares (AutoTune)
- FabFilter
- Native Instruments (Kontakt)
- oeksound (soothe)
- reFX (Nexus)

Product information
We work to keep product details, system requirements, compatibility and prices accurate, but developers update their products and requirements over time. Before you buy, check the system requirements on the product page and, if you are unsure, the developer’s own website, or ask us. If you spot a mistake on our site, tell us and we will correct it. If a product does not match its description, see our Refund Policy.
Guides and articles
The articles on our blog are general information to help you choose and use music production software. They are written by the VSTmarketplace team from the developers’ published information and are not professional advice. Results depend on your computer, your software versions and how you work.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to websites we do not run, such as developers’ websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Please read their own terms and policies when you visit them.
